CCg members: Have you filled in your Parish Mapping Forms yet? Download a form here. Even if those of us on email send in just three records each, that would give well over 100 records.

There are forms for flowers, birds, mammals and habitats: bluebells, ivy covered walls, short eared owls...

Terry Whitaker would like to receive butterfly and moth records for this part of Yorkshire VC64 and VC65. Non members are very welcome to contribute results too. See the Yorkshire butterfly distribution map that the records contribute to.

CCG Moth Recording Project
Last year The CCG moth trap was used by 10 different CCG members or families, mostly in their gardens, so that we could gain knowledge about moths of the Settle area

This year we hope these families and others will join us, this time as we concentrate on certain sites. The CCG member would obtain the moth trap from Terry Whitaker and set up the moth trap at a chosen location. Then the next day Terry will identify the moths.
